Development one area where candidates differ
Bonner, Leonard don't see eye to eye when it comes to land-use proposals
  27 comments below

When asked Wednesday to explain her opposition to several key development issues in her council district, Brookhaven Councilwoman Jane Bonner didn't hesitate with an answer.

"That's because there hasn't been a good proposal," Ms. Bonner said in a telephone interview.

But her opponent in November, Democrat John Leonard of Mount Sinai, met with The North Shore Sun this week to discuss his concern that the councilwoman's resistance to development in the communities she represents may not be what's best for her constituents.

"We have a government of no [with Ms. Bonner]," said Mr. Leonard, an attorney who serves as a deputy to Brookhaven Town Supervisor Mark Lesko. "You have to have a community-developer partnership [for growth]."

It's a difference in philosophies, and one that could prove critically important in how voters reach their decision on Election Day.

Ms. Bonner, 46, has been largely anti-development in her first two years on the Town Board. Mr. Leonard, 39, says he thinks for the sake of economic revitalization in Brookhaven, some major development will need to occur.

'We need proactive leadership to bring the communities and the developers together.' John Leonard
Several large mixed-use development proposals such as Fairfield in Rocky Point, Tallgrass in Shoreham and Village Center in Mount Sinai have been floating around the district -- which stretches west from Wading River to Mount Sinai, and includes parts of Ridge, Coram and Middle Island -- over the past several years. Only Tallgrass, which suffered a major blow when it failed to secure a critical waiver from the Pine Barrens Commission, has reached the advanced planning stages.

While Mr. Leonard stopped short of saying he supports any of those projects, the Town Board hopeful said he wants to see some future major development in the 2nd District.

"Building for the sake of building will never be a good thing," Mr. Leonard said. "But there are projects that are going to be built. We need proactive leadership to bring the communities and the developers together."

Speaking specifically about Fairfield, Mr. Leonard said he felt Ms. Bonner was too slow in reacting to the outcry of a faction of the community that opposed the project.

"Only in the end did she decide this was a bad thing for the community," said Mr. Leonard, who stressed that he would have acted sooner.

Ms. Bonner, who lives in Rocky Point, said she won't rush to judgment on any development projects until she's certain she understands the will of the public.

"It's the job of the elected official to listen to the public," she said.

Which is why, Ms. Bonner said, she initiated earlier this year a Route 25A corridor study that will look at development as a whole along the state road from Wading River to Mount Sinai -- an effort Mr. Leonard said he believes may be futile.

Mr. Leonard criticized the study, which will cost the town about $300,000 after a second phase is completed, as an unnecessary expense for the taxpayer.

"Most of these hamlets have conducted their own hamlet studies and many of those are outdated," Mr. Leonard said. "It's a study to study studies that may be outdated studies."

But that tongue twister doesn't sit well with Ms. Bonner, who referred to her corridor study as a necessary expense, and one she said may be paid in part through grant money. She even pointed to the recent announcement of a Route 25A task force to be initiated by Assemblyman Marc Alessi (D-Shoreham) as a sign that representatives on both sides of the political aisle see the importance of reviewing development proposals along the busy corridor.

"We have very little time left to control the development of Brookhaven," Ms. Bonner said. "We have a great list of caring and informed stakeholders taking an interest and having a say in my corridor study."

Mr. Leonard said that if he were elected, he'd give consideration to shutting down the corridor study.

"I'd have to give it a real good look," he said.

Election Poll for 2nd Council District : 10/29/2009
http://rpractiongroup.i8.com/index.poll.html The above website address is an election poll for this upcoming 2nd Council District for the Town of Brookhaven between Jane Bonner and John Leonard. It is not a science. But you can vote.

Signs : 10/28/2009
It seems to me that someone on the Bonner side is taken down the John Leonard signs. It seems that they know Jane Bonner is going to lose this election. We had someone come forward and we might now know the person's doing this. We will notify the police and it's not going to look good for Jane Bonner. So you were warned

Endorsement : 10/28/2009
Dear Members We want to thank all of the community that took a stand against the Fairfield Project. It was you, the people who stopped this dense development from being built. We all stood together in unity and in one accord to save Rocky Point from this over development project. The Rocky Point Residents Action Group was formed as a movement to stop the Fairfield Project and it is not over yet.. Now we are coming to you to voice our opinion on this up -coming election. We cannot forget our officials that stood by us while we battled civic groups and others who did not care to listen and who just stood on the sidelines and said nothing as the community battled to be heard. Jane Bonner was in favor of the Fairfield Project at the beginning. It was not until the town hall meetings at the Rocky Point Civic Association many months later that Jane changed her position and decided she was against it, and it was only after she realized that the public was against her. Why did she support the project for so long? These are not the responsible actions of an elected official in any capacity Regardless of your “party affiliation”. What matters here is that we need a Council District person that represents the people of the district, not the special interest of friends, builders, and lawyers. We need a candidate who thinks on their own, not one that turns to others for a response to a constituent. Now the future is here and we must make a very important decision on November 3rd. We will be going to the polls to vote for either Jane Bonner or John Leonard. We have looked at both candidates carefully and now have made our decision and think it is the right decision to endorse John Leonard for 2nd Town Council District for the following reasons. 1) John Leonard was not even in office and took a stand against the Fairfield Project. 2) John Leonard said he was against the Fairfield Project and any over development for Rocky Point. 3) John Leonard helped with the storm water runoff problems which resulted in drains added to our roadways in Rocky Point and again getting this done in weeks not waiting for more studies to be done. 4) We think John Leonard will be an asset to this community if elected. We think he will put the people who elected him first and he proved this already and was not even elected yet. Where was Jane Bonner when we needed her most?? • It is YOU that can make the difference on election day Remember want happened to us with Fairfield under Jane Bonner and cast your vote for John Leonard for 2nd Town Council District RPRAG

: 10/22/2009
Leonard, and especially LESKO, won't serve their term, if elected. LESKO is already facing a discrepancy of $96 Thousand Dollars, due to this statewide, WORKING FAMILIES PARTY $$ scam, going on with endorsees. They will be caught up in the statewide WORKING FAMILIES PARTY fraud investigations. Well, at least, they will be True To Form, for Brookhaven politicians.

Bonner : 10/18/2009
Well, this may be getting off the subject a little but...it's always been said you can judge a nation by the way they treat their animals, and I believe you can judge a person from that perspective as well.... And in the case of Bonner, who is in "charge" of the pseudo "Feral Cat Committee" in Brookhaven town, when she said all the feral cats in Brookhaven town should be KILLLED, hmm... not liking THAT too much- and then of course there are her thoughts on Brookhaven's animal shelter, where she said all dogs are receiving the best of care, and it is the BEST shelter on Long Island- hmm...has she ever BEEN there? Definitely not someone who would get MY vote!

We need a change : 10/14/2009
This council district election is very important for the people of Rocky Point and the surrounding hamlets. Jane Boner is so controlled she had to let Richard Amper write a letter for her and to inject his input on yet another study. This proves what a lot of people thought, Jane is not a free thinker. She was always told how to run her council district which she was elected to by lawyers and other political friends. I think the people need a change from this way of running this district. She excepted campaign contributions from Fairfield. Where are the ethics here, excepting campaign contributions from a builder knowing that the community is dead set against this project.. This has a lot of people thinking. It was the people who stopped Fairfield. Not Jane Bonner. On October 10, 2009 there was a story in the North Shore Sun in which she is quoted saying, "That's because there hasn't been a good proposal," Ms. Bonner said in a telephone interview. What took her so long to come out against FairField project? In my opinion it looks like she was scared to say anything that would offend the builder, lawyers and local officials who in the first place wanted to get this project approved no matter how many people were against the project. When it comes to problems in the area like storm water run-off, every time someone calls her, she says were getting a study done. People have had it with Jane Bonner, its time for her to go. John Leonard has helped with some of our problems which is a start, a far better outcome than a study with the Storm water problem, Without the study John Leonard helped in saving tax payers hundreds of thousands of dollars from her waste full thinking, another study. So register to vote and vote her out. This council district needs help and that's John Leonard

fishing and Jane Bonner Register and voter her out this time... : 10/13/2009
I was at the meeting at the Rocky Point Civics with the fishermen when John Bonner was speaking she stomped her feet and yelled at the fishermen and said "shut up I am talking" I think she forgot, the the fisherman are now talking now and now is the time to vote Jane Bonner out of office. She acts like we work for her. Make sure to register and vote and vote for John Leonard he will make a difference and he did already for the fishermen. I say it again, register to vote and not just talk because talking with out voting will not get Jane Bonner out. Like the song says, We won't get fooled again..

Bonner versusLeonard : 10/12/2009
All I know is that when we who live in Shoreham and Rocky point wanted to talk about fishing access to our own beaches, Jane Bonner could not have acred any less. She caused this mess not even thinking that the residents here are living here because we want access to beaches. That's why I have deeded beach rights. Rights she tried to take away. Do not vote for this credit stealing politician.

LEONARD FOR TOWN COUNCIL AND PROOF HE RECEIVED MONEY FROM THE WORKING FAMILIES PARTY : 10/11/2009
SATISFIED, FOR YOUR WANTING PROOF, LEONARD IS GETTING "DIRTY" WORKING FAMILIES PARTY & ACORN MONEY http://www.elections.state.ny.us:8080/reports/rwservlet?cmdkey=efs_sch_report+p_filer_id=A08215+p_e_year=2009+p_freport_id=K+p_transaction_code=C

Campaingn Contributions : 10/11/2009
There is a big difference for some organization backing John Leonard than excepting money for there campaign in which Jane Bonner did. Jane Bonner was associated with people that had ties to Fairfield. Steven Losquadro the attorney on record for Fairfield, Dan Losquadro received campaign contributions from Fairfield as did Jane Bonner. And Jane Bonner did not change her position on Fairfield until she saw they overwhelming opositon to Fairfield and at that point she never said she would oppose Fairfield but stated that she would do what the people wanted.

question : 10/11/2009
Can you show me any donations from acorn or working families party since you are bringing this up. I would like to see the proof of donations from those organizations. Jane Bonner's proof speaks for itself about taking campaign contributions from Fairfield. Show me the contributions for John Leonard like you are stating in you post.

: 10/11/2009
ONE IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE, between the candidates, is that John Leonard is endorsed by the WORKING FAMILIES PARTY. The WORKING FAMILIES PARTY is associated with ACORN, for leadership...Bertha Lewis is the chair of BOTH community organizations...and for $$$$$. The WORKING FAMILIES PARTY is currently under investigation for campaign money fraud, in New York State. MARK LESKO AND JOHN ROUSE, ARE ALSO ENDORSED BY THE WORKING FAMILIES PARTY. A VOTE FOR LESKO, ROUSE, AND LEONARD IS A VOTE FOR ACORN ! DO YOU WANT ACORN, TO HAVE A "Say" on the Town of Brookhaven Board ?

Jane boner contribution from Fairfield poster wanted proof of the fact : 10/8/2009
No she is not in the builder pockets, The builders are in her pockets. She excepted campaign contributions from Fairfield. Maybe that is why she was quite on this issue. It was the people who stopped Fairfield. Not Jane Bonner. The community. She just stood on the side lines and said nothing. Until she was forced to say something knowing she can lose this election. So when you say she is for the community, this is a joke..See below who she is for.. FAIRFIELD PROPERTIES 66 COMMACK ROAD COMMACK, NY 11725 $500.00 24-OCT-07 FRIENDS OF JANE BONNER 2007 11 Pre General B Town Council 2

DEVELOPMENT : 10/6/2009
JANE BONNER LISTENS TO THE PEOPLE. SHE IS NOT IN THE BUILDERS POCKETS!

Jane Bonner will lose. : 10/3/2009
First of all I do not vote on party lines on local elections. Their are a lot of other people that do the same. The reason is. If an elected official did not live up to the voters expectations like Jane Bonner. Than she will be voted out this time. You will be in for a shock. A lot of people in district 2 are fed up with the way she has conducted herself. Fairfield, the fishermen, the storm water runoff and drains. I could go on and on. These are the facts. John Leonard will he an asset to this district two. He knows how to deal with people. Jane does not.

JANE BONNER WILL WIN : 10/1/2009
I agree that the best person should be elected, but the reason we have political campaigns is so that the voters will have an opportunity to hear all of the candidates and discuss the issues with other citizens. I cannot help but get upset when people, like John, suggest that President Obama and Councilwoman Jane Bonner share the same political philosophy. The truth is that if you agree with President Obama on the issues, you should vote for John Leonard in Council District 2. Let Mr. Leonard explain why President Obama is going to Copenhagen, Denmark, to lobby for his corrupt and crime riddled city of Chicago to get the 2016 Olympics. Mr. Leonard should also explain why the President has not made up his mind as to whether or not he should listen to his generals and send more troops to Afghanistan. Like President Obama, Mr. Leonard is a left-wing liberal who is only running because Mr. Lesko asked him to in attempt to defeat a strong independent woman like Jane Bonner. Mr. Lesko cannot stand strong independent women such as Jane Bonner. Jane will tell President Obama to lobby more for the United States and less for Chicago. She will also tell him to support his generals and win the war in Afghanistan instead of listening to the left-wing of his party as represented by Lesko, Leonard, Pelosi, Reid, Cindy Sheehan and Michael Moore.

Elections : 9/28/2009
Let the best person win. We will see the results on election day. Thank you John

DEAR JOHN : 9/28/2009
Assuming that your name is John Bernstern, people can check you out and evaluate your views and the information you have provided. This is only fair. For you to suggest, however, that you oppose both President Obama and Councilwoman Jane Bonner on the grounds that they are both liberals, is like saying that Ronald Regan and Ted Kennedy were political soul mates. I am sure that John Leonard will be shocked to hear that you find him more conservative than Jane Bonner. Mark Lesko will be traumatized. Marsha Laufer will have to be restrained from jumping off of the Brooklyn Bridge. Do you think that Mark and Marsha are conservatives? If they are, John, Mark and Marsha should immediately hold a press conference and announce that they are supporting Sarah Palin for President in 2012, with Dick Cheney as her running mate. Believe me John Bernstern, Jane Bonner is the true compassionate conservative who will keep Brookhaven from becoming another Bronx or Queens. If you know the truth, speak it and honor her for the devoted public servant she has become. Jane Bonner is a conservative. John Leonard is a liberal controlled by Lesko and Laufer! Jane will win in a landslide!

Response to Fair and Accurate : 9/28/2009
FAIR AND ACCURATE? : 9/28/2009 Response It seems like the truth hurts your so called conservative Jane Bonner who is really a Liberal. Your more concerned who wrote what than what is the truth. You are just like everyone else that is protecting Jane from people like me and the community that will get the truth out, and if that is to much to handle than you have a problem . Remember this is the USA a lot of people have died for this country just to be able to say the truth. This is not the USSR or some other 3rd world nation as President Obama wants this country to be. So if you are a conservative act like it. I know the the truth about each one of these two candidates. John Bernstern

FAIR AND ACCURATE? : 9/28/2009
There is a comment posted on 9/27/09 wherein the blogger states that they have "continued to inform surrounding communities with fair and accurate information on important issues at different times." The blogger then fails to identify himself or herself. The comment that "Jane Bonner should not be reelected" has no credibility whatsoever. We would expect John Leonard to come to that conclusion, but not based on a non partisan independent study. The same for Mark Lesko, Marsha Laufer and the liberal voices who want to get rid of Jane Bonner. If you claim to be objective and independent, tell us who you are! If you are the Brookhaven Democratic Party, we will take that into consideration in evaluating your views. If you are one of Mark Lesko's Deputies, we will take that into consideration in evaluating your views. Jane Bonner does not support any land use proposals that are not supported by the community. The fact that a school board member woulfd negotiate for a community benefit from a developer in the event that the land use propopsal is approved, does not commit the school board member to support the project. Your attacks on Jane Bonner are wholly without merit. Identify yourself! Do not insult us by telling us that you have decided to vote against Jane Bonner based on an "independent study" when, in fact, you are a paid political liberal spokesman who cannot stand strong independent women.

VOTE FOR JANE BONNER : 9/27/2009
The man or woman who tells us to vote no on "O'Bonner" has an excellent sense of humor. He or she should audition for a stand-up comedy show. However, this is a serious decision that will determine who represents Council District 2. Jane Bonner is a compassionate forward thinking conservative. It is the left-wing liberals Leonard and Lesko who represent the views of O'Bama, Patterson, Reid, and Pelosi. Jane Bonner does not take orders from anybody. In your lengthy comments you did not mention who you think is pulling her strings. You cannot, because nobody tells Jane Bonner what to do, but the people she represents, i.e. her constituents. Lesko wants to replace her, because he cannot contol her. He can control John Leonard. That is the difference in this race.

JANE BONNER - THE GREATEST : 9/27/2009
The only good thing about the last two comments is that they are both so long that it will be hard for most people to take the trouble to read them. Everybody has the right to speak up, but the information in the last two comments is inaccurate. To suggest that John Leonard is more conservative than Jane Bonner is like suggesting that the Earth is flat and if we sail far enough to the east, we will fall off the edge. Jane Bonner will continure to support "smart growth." She will continue to represent her constitiuents. She will hold back the liberal forces that threaten the quality of life we enjoy in Brookhaven. She has been in office for only 17 months. She deserves re-election.

Jane Bonner should not be elected : 9/27/2009
Jane Bonner should not be elected. She has proven herself not a good self manager. Jane Bonner is a puppet for all her friends that control her decisions in her thinking. If someone calls her or Emails her she cannot respond because she has to get her marching orders from her political friends and lawyers. She even went so far as to have Dick Amber from the pine barrens soc. Write a letter to someone that had a question about her waste of tax payers money on all her studies she wantsto have done. Jane could not even have done that. This elected official Jane Bonner should not be elected. Look want happened to Fairfield. Did she back the community on their opposition NO. She backed the Vision Long Island and excepted donations from Fairfield. Now she wants our support. NO. We will not be fooled again. John Leonard is the answer to Rocky Points problem. He can get the job done. Jane Bonner wants this job because she needs a job, like everyone else. The difference here is the tax payers are paying her salary and we can no longer have this happen. Yes she takes press photos and all of that, but an elected official must have a proven track record which she does not. The only track record she has is what she is told to do. That is why she is a puppet for her friends who got her elected in the first place. She calls herself a conservative by the company she keeps she is a liberal going around as a conservative. She is doing what the liberals what, more dense projects like Fairfield in Rocky Point. Telling people were they have to shop and live. That is government control. So don't be fooled again. You might say John Leonard is a liberal. I think John Leonard is more conservative than Jane Bonner. His actions prove it, Jane is just all talk. Her mind is on vacation and her month is working overtime, like the song says. Vote NO to O Bonner.

Jane Bonner should not be re elected : 9/27/2009
Important information regarding our elected officials before you Vote, Read this.... Jane Bonner should NOT be Elected Again Over the past two years, we have been gathering information for a vast number of categories, so that we may continue to inform our and surrounding communities with fair and accurate information on important issues at different times. As you well know, Fairfield Properties announced that they would cancel their plans for their proposed Rocky Point PDD. At that time they announced that in two weeks they would submit plans for 47 single family homes (as-of-right) to be built on the property they own behind the Rocky Point McDonalds restaurant on Rte. 25A. At that time there was speculation that they would not make any move until after the elections. That announcement from Fairfield was 11 weeks ago and the elections are now upon us. As you may have already read, several of our elected officials are still spending hundreds of thousands of our tax dollars on what they call Corridor studies, Hamlet studies, Feasibility studies, etc. We believe that these Studies all point in the same direction; to facilitate the efforts of developers in proliferating their projects throughout or communities. One of our elected officials, Jane Bonner is running for reelection as our Councilwoman. Her district includes Rocky Point and several surrounding communities. Prior to running for our representative on the Brookhaven Town Council, Jane Bonner held a position on the Rocky Point School Board. According to the School Board Minutes, while she was on the school board, Jane negotiated with Fairfield Properties for a swimming pool for Rocky Point. This proposed swimming pool was part of a “community benefit” that we would receive in exchange for a zoning change so that Fairfield could build it’s dense project in our town. In other words, “What will it take to ‘buy’ the school board’s support”. Had it not been for vehement opposition to the Fairfield project by Rocky Point Residents Action Group and along with comunity oposition to Fairfield, I believe she would still be negotiating for the pool or for some other community benefit. Jane Bonner is presently endorsing another corridor study for the area along Route 25A through her district. This corridor study will cost hundreds of thousands of TAX DOLLARS. Our feeling on this is: If a corridor study is in favor of a sewer district, anywhere in the study, it will pave a path for Fairfield Properties to resubmit their proposal. Don’t forget the headlines 11 weeks ago. “we will submit a plan for 47 homes within two (2) weeks. Those plans have yet to materialize and have not been submitted to the Town of Brookhaven. And Jane Bonner has been silent on this from the beginning. Until the recent opposition to Fairfield, Jane Bonner was in our estimation “pro” Fairfield. While she openly opposed the Tall Grass PDD in Shoreham and the development of 60+ acres in Miller Place (single family houses on one acre lots would destroy the rural downtown feeling of Miller Place) she only stated that “I will do what the people want” when it came to the Rocky Point Fairfield PDD. On another front, while it is perfectly legal, moral, and ethical to accept campaign contributions from whomever you wish; the consequences attached to those contributions should be realized. When it comes to voting on a proposed project involving a campaign contributor, one should remove themselves from voting on that project. In no way shape or form do we allege and wrong-doings of any kind, but we do feel you should know who some of her contributors are. 1. John J. LaValle “LaValle said he plans to abstain from discussing and deciding the (Fairfield) matter because of his political and prior business relationships with Broxmeyer (the owner of Fairfield)."I never interact with their [Fairfield] applications," said LaValle, who at one point served as Broxmeyer's attorney. "I completely take myself away from the situation. I think that's extremely appropriate because I wouldn't want any wrong perception out there." (Newsday June 11, 2001) KUDOS to you Mr. LaValle. 2. “Friends Of John J. Lavalle”- contributions of $1,500.00 3. Jane Bonner received $500.00 of campaign contributions from Fairfield. With the election upon us, think carefully about all of our candidates….we would not presume to tell you how to vote…..these are important times in Rocky Point….think carefully and choose people that represent us.

John Leonard Wants Low Income Housing : 9/26/2009
Although he will surely deny it, the responses of John Leonard to questioning from this newspaper, prove, beyond question, that he wants to secure low income housing for Rocky Point and Council Dirtrict 2. He supports the left-wing liberal agenda of Supervisor Mark Lesko. Bring more poor people (illegal aliens who receive amnesty) into Council District 2, so that they will vote for their Governor Patterson liberals, Lesko and Leonard. Mr. Leonard's alleged crticisms of Councilwoman Jane Bonner, when transalated into English, make it clear that he sees Jane as the friend of all Council District consitiuents who do not want to see the north shore of Brookhaven turned into slums such as many of the neighborhoods in New York City. He says Jane says "NO" to developers too often. If courageous public servants, such as Jane Bonner, had been around to fight Tammany Hall and the liberal Leskos and Leonards of the 19th and 20th Centuries, New York City would not be the mess it is today. JANE BONNER SHARES OUR VALUES! Lesko and Leonard do not! Compare their philosophies! The choice is clear. Jane deserves to be re-elected! Lesko and Leonard need to get jobs in the private sector!

We are in no way telling you who to vote for, we merely state: “You should know your Candidates and where they stand on issues that concern our area” NORTH SHORE SUN Updated: 9/25/2009 - 4:05 AM Development one area where candidates differ Bonner, Leonard don't see eye to eye when it comes to land-use proposals BY GRANT PARPAN |EDITOR "That's because there hasn't been a good proposal," Ms. Bonner said in a telephone interview. RESPONSE: The Rocky Point Residents Action Group (RPRAG ) says “ If there were no good proposals, why did you not come out in opposition to Fairfield, immediately??? Speaking specifically about Fairfield, Mr. Leonard said he felt Ms. Bonner was too slow in reacting to the outcry of a faction of the community that opposed the project. "Only in the end did she decide this was a bad thing for the community," said Mr. Leonard, who stressed that he would have acted sooner. RESPONSE: (RPRAG), only after the “town Hall Meeting at the Civics ASSN.”, did M’s Bonner state she would do what the people wanted, falling short of opposing the project, and to date has not opposed Fairfield. Ms. Bonner, who lives in Rocky Point, said she won't rush to judgment on any development projects until she's certain she understands the will of the public. RESPONSE: (RPRAG) The Fairfield Proposal has been around since 2001 in various forms. How long will it take for M’s Bonner to understand that the people of Rocky Point want 47 homes (AS OF RIGHT)??? Mr. Leonard criticized the study, which will cost the town about $300,000 after a second phase is completed, as an unnecessary expense for the taxpayer. "We have very little time left to control the development of Brookhaven," Ms. Bonner said. "We have a great list of caring and informed stakeholders taking an interest and having a say in my corridor study." RESPONSE: (RPRAG) M’s Bonner’s list of caring and informed stakeholders has yet to include the people of Rocky Point, only the proposed builder and the town. We do agree that there is very little time left to control the development of our town. That is why we ask M’s Bonner and those running for this office to “SAY NO TO FAIRFIELD” for anything other than 47 HOMES, (AS OF RIGHT) YOUR FEEDBACK IS IMPORTANT TO US AND WE APPRECIATE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS SUBJECT RESPECTFULLY, PATRICK DEBERNARDI MICHAEL ARMANDO
