Maybe even a business school.
Several people have reached out to town officials about the possibility of opening up shop in downtown Riverhead, Supervisor Sean Walter announced at Thursday's "Eggs and Issues" Chamber of Commerce event at Polish Hall. He credited last month's well-attended downtown business summit for a renewed interest in Main Street.
"This was not happening last year," he said.

Support what? Cronyism, Nepotism, the Financial raping of the taxpayers. You go ahead and support that, not me. I offered viable suggestions below, You offered "zilch" for a solutions. Criticizing someones freedom of speech is not a solution. You are an idiot. You are the problem.Tell me your solutions, if you have any, or just Shut the F@#%@@^%^ up. Maybe giving tax breaks to the rich, influential developers, is your solution to a better RHD. I don't .I Work to hard to pay for my mortgage and property taxes. Maybe paying all the extra hundreds of thousands of dollars for duplicate school administrative services ,is your solution to a better RHD. I don't .I Work to hard to pay for my mortgage and property taxes. As far as the police and justices, you figure it out. You must be one of the losers that's making this town what it is . A Ghost town! I just pray you wake up one day. For now, I'm just going to wave my freak flag and expose the truth. And Why Not?
Sincerely yours,

Enought with all of the negative comments regarding downtown. People like you are part of the problem. How is a town to come around when people who live in it are so rediculously negative about it.
There is a new Town Board in place who have a new focus on downtown. I believe things will happen but the community must support it!

Riverhead will always be a ghost town because of the cancerous nepotism. To change that, you would need to hire a town manager who answers only to the voters and you would also need to abolish the police force and replace it with the Suffolk co.police dept. and you would need to fire the whole school district and infuse the charter school protocol sys.; where a school board that you elect, is accountable and not run by cronies or unions.Yawn<>like that's gonna happen anytime soon.#$@&(). So just sit back and watch all the fun and games that go on in this ghost town.
Sincerely yours,
Johnny Nova
